Employability Team Leader Salary: £35,000 per annum Location: Islington The Team Leader is a transformative role responsible for driving performance and results from a team of Employment Advisors. The Team Leader will support the team to achieve individual and team targets, whilst providing ongoing practical support through observations, caseload reviews and discussions of complex cases. They will conduct performance reviews and observations to assess competence in line with Ingeus\’ Performance Excellence Programme. What you will be doing?
