You will work with Support Workers and Peer Mentors to deliver a comprehensive support package during their sentence recall - as a key member of this dedicated team, youll help individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward rehabilitation. This is a demanding yet deeply rewarding role. You'll be working in a challenging environment with individuals who have complex needs and may be hesitant to engage.
