We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the delivery of our In-custody Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) contract across the region. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for operational performance, team leadership and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high-quality outcomes for people in custody while representing Ingeus with commissioners and prison partners. Leadership 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to trade for additional leave. EAP Support programme available 24/7, including 6 free counselling sessions.
