The Clinical Educator is a qualified and experienced education professional who brings specialist expertise in learning, facilitation and workforce capability development, playing a key role in the design, delivery and continual enhancement of high-quality clinical training across HAAS. The postholder will facilitate agreed elements of the HAAS New Entrant Training, continuing professional development programmes and wider workforce capability initiatives, working within the postholder's professional remit.
They will apply adult learning principles, inclusive practice and modern learning methodologies to translate complex clinical, operational, policy and legislative information into accessible learning that supports colleague confidence, competence and sustained practice.
Working collaboratively with Learning & Development colleagues, approved Functional Assessor trainers, clinical subject matter experts and operational leaders, they will support learner confidence and progression, contribute to the quality and consistency of training delivery through coaching, feedback and shared practice, and use learner feedback, performance measures and outcome data to drive continuous improvement.
