Join our Quality and Assurance team and play a key role in ensuring our services are delivered to the highest standards. Working across Ingeus UK and our Delivery Partner Network, you'll help maintain a robust compliance and quality framework, ensuring we meet contractual, regulatory and legislative requirements.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Conducting audits, conducting investigations, facilitating external audits, and providing expert guidance to drive continuous improvement and deliver high-quality, compliant services.
  • Providing assurance that programmes are being delivered in line with contracts.
  • Facilitating external audits, conducting investigations, supporting with accreditations, compliance queries, and maintaining accurate audit documentation.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of all contractual guidance and relevant legislation, acting as an objective source of independent advice.
  • Conducting audits on internal operations and delivery partners, providing assurance that controls are operating effectively, and contractual and regulatory requirements are being met.
  • Reviewing commissioner memos and changes to guidance and ensuring that audit tools are updated.
  • Conducting validation checks on financial claims prior to submission to commissioners.
  • Conducting on-site audits on data protection and contract requirements.
  • Evaluating the design, operational effectiveness and efficiency of processes, internal control systems and risk management activities across contracts.
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal and partner queries relating to compliance and assurance matters.

Recent experience of working within a busy Compliance, Audit and Quality environment is required. Experience of working within Welfare to Work, Skills, Health, Youth and/or Justice industries is desirable. Broad experience of audit, including risk-based methodologies, risk management, controls, compliance, and industry best practice is essential.

Minimum of 3 years' experience and professional qualifications are desirable e.g. CIA. Proven experience in all aspects of planning and implementing audits is necessary. Ability to interpret audit findings and communicate them in an effective manner to facilitate improvement where required is crucial. You should also have the ability to influence stakeholders to agree and drive actions to completion.
