We are seeking a proactive and flexible Learning & Development Officer to support and deliver high-quality learning across our Justice services. This role combines learning administration with the delivery of pre-designed training sessions, both virtually and face-to-face, to staff across all regions. Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, you will play an important role in strengthening capability, consistency and performance across the Justice Division.
As part of this role you will:
- Deliver standardised in-person and virtual training to new and existing Justice staff.
- Facilitate learning in group and one-to-one settings using adult learning principles.
- Support capability development across service user and participant-facing roles.
- Coordinate and schedule learning activities, ensuring materials and resources are prepared.
- Send invitations, pre-course materials and respond to learner and stakeholder queries.
- Maintain accurate training records and learning data.
- Support evaluation processes and assist with L&D reporting.
- Act as a central point of contact for the Justice Learning & Development Team.
- Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Use learning data to support reporting and identify areas for improvement.
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Experience in Learning & Development administration and training delivery.
- Confidence using LMS platforms, virtual learning tools and MS Office applications.
- Strong organisation, communication and customer service skills.
- A flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to travel across regions.
- A qualification in Learning & Development, Training or a related field.
