Ingeus is seeking a Personal Wellbeing Mentor to support individuals recently released from prison or on community orders in Bradford and the surrounding areas. You’ll meet service users in the community, help them access healthcare, appointments, social groups, and tailor support to their needs.
You’ll work with probation, internal teams and external services, manage a varied caseload, document progress on IT systems, and adapt to changing referrals.
