Overview Employment AdvisorSalary: £31,930 per annumLocation: HackneyAre you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact? As a Restart Advisor, you will play a transformational role in coaching and empowering individuals. You will be helping participants unlock their potential and guiding them toward sustainable employment, from career coaching to personal development, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way.Responsibilities Collaborating with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and identify the steps needed to secure meaningful employment.Meeting and exceeding performance targets by continuously improving strategies and seeking input to deliver the best outcomes for participants and the wider communityUnderstanding and signposting participants to internal and external services that address needs such as debt management, mental health, and career coachingEnsuring that participants have well-crafted, professional CVs, tailored supporting statements, and cover letters to help support with job searchesPreparing participants for interviews by conducting mock interviews and assessment activities, and helping them build confidence in their abilitiesMaintaining accurate electronic participant records that reflect the broad spectrum of support offered, from coaching through to employment placement, within the required timescales and to the required standardsRequirements Experience working in fast-paced environmentsThe ability to motivate, inspire, and challenge participants to achieve their fullest potentialStrong experience in delivering against and exceeding performance targets and engaging participants in personal growth and mindset transformation driving positive changeExceptional communication skills—inspire and influence participants while addressing their diverse needs with flexibility, robustness and creativity, as well as contacting employers and other external stakeholders to identify opportunities for participantsFlexible and creative in solving complex challengesHigh-level digital literacyExcellent organisational skills—able to manage a varied caseload and deliver exceptional support while juggling multiple prioritiesBenefits 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays with the opportunity to salary trade extraEAP Support programme available 24/7 with access to 6 x counselling sessionsPrivate Medical InsuranceEyecare vouchers with help to purchase new glassesLife assuranceOnline discount shopping via Perks at WorkCycle to Work schemeSeason ticket loanUp to two days each year dedicated to Community Giving (Volunteering)Access to Salary Finance; financial education and adviceThe opportunity to buy extra perks such as, critical Illness Cover, dental insuranceLong Service AwardsIngeus, governments, employers, and local partners design and deliver services to solve complex challenges caused by social and technological change.
