Ingeus seeks a Personal Wellbeing Mentor to support individuals released from prison or on community orders in Nottinghamshire. You will deliver community-based wellbeing support, assist with accessing healthcare, social groups, and appointments while working with Personal Wellbeing advisors and probation services.
You’ll manage a varied caseload, plan and prioritise effectively, and maintain thorough records on our IT systems to track progress and outcomes.
