Ingeus is seeking an Employment Specialist to champion a strengths‑based approach to helping people into sustainable work. The role covers Blackburn with regular travel around the area and operates a 9am–5pm pattern on Monday to Friday.
You will conduct client assessments, build partnerships with local support organisations, manage a small caseload, and actively engage employers to create opportunities. You’ll also deliver tailored job search support, resume guidance, and interview preparation.
