Ingeus UK seeks an experienced Team Performance Lead to join the Marylebone Assessment Centre on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will motivate and support a professional clinical operations team to achieve high performance and quality, compliant activity and excellent customer service.
You will supervise Clinical Assessment Centre sessions, develop and retain quality staff, and manage day-to-day resources to ensure efficient delivery of all assessments including remote delivery.
