Employability Trainer Salary: £32,000 pro Rata Location: Brent Please note that this role is on a 12 month FTC The role of Employability Trainer is pivotal in supporting our participants who have been out of work for at least 6 months, to find sustainable employment. No two days are the same! The Employability Trainer will deliver Employability support to groups of participants, ensuring they are guided and challenged appropriately to move towards lasting and meaningful employment with the right skills and knowledge in CV writing, interview skills, confidence in work and other essential skills. As our Employability Trainer, you will: Run group training session with Participants on key Employability skills such as confidence building, CV writing or effective interviews Be able to respond to challenges as they arise throughout the day Build effective and positive relationships with participants, working collaboratively, and challenging them to identify and overcome any potential barriers preventing them from returning to work.
