About the Role: You\’ll mainly be based out of the probation office and will work with a caseload of individuals to provide advice and support relevant to their housing needs. You\’ll carry out initial assessments to understand needs and agree an action plan. This may include support to end/sustain a tenancy, find accommodation or basic budgeting advice. Whilst we dont provide accommodation, we work with organisations that do, and nurturing these relationships is key in this role.
