Responsibilities:

  • Look after software & hardware troubleshooting, ticket coordinating/ ticket triaging & ticket assignment, walk ups & basic active directory management.
  • Work in a predominantly Windows based environment.
  • Provide all 1st & 2nd line desk side support, EUC and IT Infrastructure ticket, service request and incident management.
  • Support compliance requirements with various vendors.
  • Manage solutions, Mobile Device Management systems, and IT hardware (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones).
  • Lead ticket receipt, triage, investigation, and resolution within SLA.
  • Escalate incidents to 3rd line support when necessary.
  • Manage tickets end-to-end, maintaining communication with end users.
  • Basic network competency for troubleshooting connectivity issues.
  • Rack and stack networking equipment and servers, work on upgrades.
  • Patch devices and ports as required.
  • Complete workload activities per SLA.
  • Complete all training requirements.
  • Retire and dispose hardware per policy.
  • Work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with MS Office (O365 and previous).
  • Experience using Active Directory.
  • Experience using ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of PXE Boot/imaging and Windows desktop deployments.
  • Printer configuration skills.
  • Basic server tasks (file shares, print management).
  • Mobile Phone management.

Travel & Work Arrangements:

  • Fully site based
