Job Overview: The Inside Sales Specialist III performs all core inbound lead‑handling duties (responding to inbound inquiries received via digital web forms, web chat and phone channels) and leads outbound prospecting, pipeline development and ownership of select sales opportunities. This position closes smaller transactional deals (parts, service packages and small equipment) within predefined commercial guardrails and drives structured outbound calling for targeted customer lists, campaigns, dormant opportunities and vertical‑specific initiatives. This role provides peer coaching to other Inside Sales team members, improves processes, and represents Inside Sales in cross‑functional discussions. This position is a key development step toward outside sales or related field sales roles.
