The Legal Counsel will play a pivotal role in supporting the Ingersoll Rand MEIA leadership team by providing strategic legal advice on complex issues. Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts across various jurisdictions, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
- Active participation in M&A transactions, commercial dealings, corporate law, and data privacy matters.
- Assisting in litigation and coordinating with external counsel.
