Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Tester to carry out functional and performance testing of large air compressors. This role ensures that all units meet safety, quality, and operational standards before dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical and electrical testing of industrial air compressors
- Interpret test specifications and procedures
- Record and analyse test data, identifying faults and non-conformities
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and test records
- Support continuous improvement in testing processes
- Assist with final inspection and customer-specific test requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in industrial equipment testing (preferably compressors or rotating machinery)
- Ability to read technical drawings and test documentation
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and standards

Fully site based at Redditch
