We are Main Distributors for Gardner Denver, Hydrovane and CompAir products in the UK with full factory & training support.

Job SummaryPSI Air Compressors and Blowers require an Air Compressor / Compressed Air Service Engineer, with either a mechanical or electrical bias, to join an expanding service team operating out of its busy Crawley based office.

ResponsibilitiesEffectively diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipmentAluminium & Steel pipework installationsUndertake planned and preventative maintenance on compressors and a range of ancillary equipment and compressed air systemsPerform emergency breakdown fault finding and repairInstall and commission compressors and compressed air systemsRecommend additional works that may assist customers or enhance the company's performanceMaintain good professional working relationships with all existing and new customersMaintain company vehicle, PPE, testing and other company equipment in accordance with guidelinesBasic QualificationsExperience in the compressed air industry would be valued but isn't essentialExperience with high pressure systems or F Gas qualifications desirableFork-lift, IPAF and trailer licenses are handy but not essentialGood interpersonal and IT skillsDesire to provide a high quality of workmanship & 'can do' attitudeCurrent UK driving licenseTravel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsField based role, operating out of Crawley based office.
