Commercial leader with General Manager skill set to take on the expanded role of Commercial Leader / General Manager of Hi-Line Industries within 12 months after start., * Drive profitable growth, Sales Objectives (Volume, net Sales & Gross Margin) and market share through the effective development and implementation of business strategies aligned to the company’s goals.

The development of a high-performance sales team delivering effective market and geographic coverage through targeting distributor, direct end user and strategic key accounts in key vertical markets.

Responsibility to identify new opportunities, commercialize new products and develop sales into new applications.

The commercial Leader understands the market landscape, key competitors active in the region and builds the necessary market intelligence to retain and extend the customer portfolio.

Ensure all company disciplines align together to achieve company objectives.

Deliver periodic corporate reporting and assist in setting up annual & rolling budgets.

Degree required, preferably in Engineering or Business-related disciplines.
