Job Summary: Providing support to internal and external UK Oils Division Service and Sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Working as part of the Emco Wheaton Service and Sales team supporting the UK and Eire Network.
- Assisting and processing all aftermarket Service returns.
- Supporting Inside Sales and actioning requests as directed.
- Shipping of spare parts from Bradford IRTS.
- Understanding customer needs and actioning as directed.
- Rotating through various departments during apprenticeship to gain an understanding of the Emco Wheaton products and its operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Driving Licence would be desirable.
- Ability to undertake technical learning; both practical and theoretical.
- Interpersonal skills with high levels of customer service.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Travel & Work Arrangements / Requirements: Fully site based, with possible travel.
