Job Summary

The Compression Systems and Services EMEIA Business is hiring a Sales Excellence and Channel Development Leader tasked to improve productivity and growth of the commercial organization. The role, leading a dispersed team of 13 people of which 5 direct, will be responsible for commercial systems and processes in addition of distribution programs cross the organization

Responsibilities

  • Sales Excellence – own Salesforce.com roadmap for the compression business, leading development and deployment of new functionalities across the organization. Define and deploy commercial processes, ensuring consistency and adoption. Ensure innovation in commercial systems based on new available technology.
  • Channel Development – own distribution programs, related processes and projects to improve and grow distribution network.
  • Hypercare – lead Hypercare team tasked with qualifying all incoming lead ensuring customer satisfaction is meeting and exceeding company target.
  • Pricing – lead EMEA team to analyse all incoming special price requests from the local teams and ensure timely approval in line with pricing targets for the year. Lead roll out of pricing projects in coordination with central pricing team.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in large industrial manufacturing company with both direct and distribution channels
  • Proven experience in leading, developing, coaching and motivating a dispersed team
  • Experience in managing projects in large organizations
  • Good presentation and training skills
  • Very well organized and structured
  • Able to work in English
  • Scientific Degree from reputable university: Engineering, Computer Science or similar
  • Good knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM – experience in deployment required
  • Advanced use of MS Excel required
  • Use of data visualization tools (Tableau Desktop or similar) preferred
  • Ability to bring innovation based on the latest industry trends and advancements
