Reporting directly to the Commercial HRBP – CSS EMEIA, this position will provide high quality HR support and coaching for Ingersoll Rand’s CSS EMEIA region. This role will serve as a valued business partner for CSS EMEIA Level 2 and 3 leaders, and their teams, while ensuring high-quality delivery and continuous improvement in areas such as Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Development and Organizational Effectiveness.

The HRBP will liaise and effectively coordinate with HR counterparts in the businesses and regions, and with colleagues in the HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver the best HR support possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively partner with CSS EMEIA L2 and L3 leaders to drive positive, business impacting change, aligning human resources programs and initiatives with strategic objectives and operating plans in-line with MLB and budgets.
  • Serve as a credible coach and confidante to these leadership teams, as well as a strong employee advocate.
  • Develop and execute HR plans, processes, and programs aligned with business objectives, including organizational design, succession planning, talent management/acquisition, goal alignment, employee engagement, merit planning, engagement survey action planning and communications.
  • Lead M&A activity where appropriate to ensure smooth and successful integration into the business.
  • Provide guidance in change management processes to positively impact organizational effectiveness, coach leadership teams on change management.
  • Serve as a performance coach for functional leaders to ensure each leadership team is highly effective in improving organizational capability.
  • Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to attract, hire and onboard the best candidates in line with TRX as efficiently and effectively as possible.
  • Coach and advise on appropriate total rewards strategies, programs, and tools to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other HR colleagues on sharing best practices and increasing the development and use of HR standard work.

Travel Requirements
Some travel required to other company sites in Europe.
