Job Summary Reporting to the HR Lead, the HR Advisor will support all PT Sites in the UK. They will provide partnership and advice to the business leaders, whilst working in close collaboration with the other HR regional team members Responsibilities Support the execution of HR plans, processes and programs aligned with business objectives and support the overall HR strategy. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and legal matters. Assist with recruitment and selection process including managing onboarding. Support during annual processes such as PMDP (Performance and Development Management Process), Employee Action Planning, Development Planning, Compensation Planning Cycle and Employee Engagement. Advise on performance management issues and support the creation of employee development plans. Support the Discipline and Grievance process. Maintain and update HR systems. Basic Qualifications CIPD qualified or equivalent experience will be considered. Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements Based at the Sunderland Facility but travel will be necessary to other Sites within the UK. Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively with a variety of people, both verbally and in writing. Experience and comfortable speaking and facilitating with small and large groups. Decision making and problem solving skills.
