Visão Geral da Vaga

A posição de vendas internas requer um perfil de negociação e habilidades técnicas para vendas a clientes do Customer Center, ela passa pelo processo completo de vendas desde a criação da oportunidade até o acompanhamento das etapas necessárias para o recebimento do pedido. Requer identificação de peças, confirmação de pedido, recebimento de ordem de compra, análise de termos gerais de clientes, preços, processamento de cotações, análise crítica de processos, relacionamento com técnico de campo e forte trabalho em time junto aos gerentes de Contas.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospecção e relacionamento com clientes atuais e potenciais para impulsionar vendas de produtos, serviços e peças de compressores de ar.
  • Elaboração, acompanhamento e conversão de cotações em pedidos, gerenciando oportunidades no SFA até o fechamento da venda.
  • Gestão de pedidos e suporte ao cliente durante todo o ciclo de vendas, da cotação até a entrega.
  • Atualização de dados, registros de contatos, ligações e follow-ups diários na plataforma.
  • Tratamento ágil de leads, recuperação de contas inativas e abertura de chamados junto à engenharia para suporte às cotações.
  • Garantia da conformidade dos processos comerciais, organização documental e elaboração de relatórios, apresentações e análises de vendas.

Requisitos

  • Graduação completa ou cursando em Administração, Marketing, Vendas ou similares.
  • Necessário conhecimento em Pacote Office.
  • Experiência anterior com vendas para indústria, em atendimento ao cliente compreendendo a necessidade, resolução de problemas e responder de forma eficiente.
