Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services is seeking an HR Business Partner on secondment for maternity cover. Remote - Europe. You will partner with CSS EMEIA leaders, provide coaching, and drive HR programs across engagement, talent acquisition, development and organizational effectiveness.
You'll coordinate with COEs and HR counterparts to deliver high-quality HR support, while shaping change management, talent initiatives and total rewards strategies for the region.
