Job Summary
Designs and develops products, collaborates with marketing for commercialization, and works with manufacturing to transition prototypes to production.
Responsibilities
- Research & Evaluation: Assess existing products, gather data, and explore new technologies.
- Tools: Use CAD and analytical tools, maintain technical competence.
- Customer Design: Develop project timelines, select materials, and analyze costs.
- Design: Create product designs, layouts, and detailed drawings supporting cost efficiency.
- Testing: Define testing protocols, collaborate with QA to meet quality standards.
- Quality: Adhere to ISO standards, assist in resolving manufacturing issues.
Basic Qualifications
- Over 2 years of experience in industrial product engineering, Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), Master’s preferred.
- Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate across departments and with clients.
