Job Summary

The Operations Manager High Pressure forms part of the Redditch Senior Management Team and will play a key role in overseeing production processes, optimising resource allocation and ensuring adherence to safety, quality and efficiency standards. This role demands strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes especially in high precision and complex assembly settings and experienced in managing cross functional teams within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in process improvement, supply chain coordination, and data driven decision making to achieve production targets and strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Production Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations in the manufacturing facility, ensuring that production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and resource utilisation is optimised. Coordinate complex assembly workflows, ensuring seamless collaboration across production, engineering, and quality control teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall productivity. Identify bottlenecks in the assembly process and recommend solutions.
