Visão Geral da Vaga

A equipe de Geração de Demanda LAC busca um(a) Especialista em MKT Digital para liderar a evolução dos canais de captura e conversão de leads, conectando Marketing, Vendas e Operações. Este profissional será responsável por estruturar, integrar e otimizar canais de interação direta com o cliente (WhatsApp, chat e telefone), garantindo uma jornada fluida do lead e contribuindo diretamente para o aumento das taxas de conversão e geração de pipeline. Também atuará como key user de Salesforce para Marketing na região, sendo responsável pela otimização contínua da plataforma, evolução dos processos de CRM e suporte às equipes na utilização eficiente do sistema.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar o roadmap e a implementação de canais de captura de leads (WhatsApp, chat, formulários, call tracking)
  • Estruturar e otimizar canais de interação com clientes, garantindo agilidade e melhor conversão
  • Atuar como key user de Salesforce para Marketing e Lead Management, conduzindo sua evolução contínua
  • Gerenciar captura, roteamento e ciclo de vida dos leads no CRM, assegurando qualidade e governança dos dados
  • Identificar melhorias e implementar otimizações em processos, fluxos e automações no Salesforce
  • Monitorar performance do funil e pipeline, gerando insights e conduzindo testes A/B para aumentar conversão
  • Traduzir necessidades de negócio em soluções escaláveis, desenvolver playbooks, treinar equipes e colaborar com Marketing, Vendas e TI

Requisitos

  • Graduação em Marketing, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas relacionadas
  • Experiência em Marketing Digital, Operações de Marketing, Geração de Demanda ou Revenue Operations
  • Experiência prática com Salesforce (obrigatório), incluindo gestão de leads, lógica de roteamento, criação de relatórios e processos de ciclo de vida
  • Experiência na implementação ou gestão de ferramentas como: Chat em sites / marketing conversacional, Rastreamento de chamadas, Formulários e landing pages
  • Sólido entendimento de: Pipeline de vendas, Processos de gestão de leads, Métricas de funil (MQL, SQL, taxas de conversão), Fluxo de campanha até receita
  • Inglês avançado para todo tipo de comunicação
