The Customer Service Coordinator ensures that our customers’ orders are processed appropriately. They monitor the progress of the order from intake through delivery and may participate in customer follow-up communications to determine quality of product and services provided. Professionalism, follow through, and attention to detail are critical skills for this role.
Location: Stockport UK / Hazel Grove — Hybrid/Remote Flexibility.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders for the organization
- Enter orders and associated information, such as names, addresses, and billing information, into a database
- Provide order confirmations to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat regarding prices, shipping dates, and/or any anticipated delays
- Contact appropriate parties to clarify orders and obtain additional information
- Verify order information for accuracy and completeness
- Respond to customer complaints

Basic Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs and quality standards
- Demonstrated time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM software (Sales Logix, Sales Force) as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and related software applications is preferred for Associate level and required for all other levels
- Familiarity with ERP systems and the manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to speak, write, and read other languages is a plus
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:
This role offers flexible working arrangements. You will not be required to attend the office every day, but you should be located within approximately 1.5 hours’ commuting distance to allow for occasional on-site meetings, collaboration sessions, or training.
