Working within the Group Marketing Function, the Social Marketing Executive will play a key role in bringing the Ingenuity Group's marketing strategy to life - delivering standout social content, supporting across events and PR, and helping each area of the business drive awareness, engagement, and inbound opportunities.

- Ingenuity Group (including North)

Key Responsibilities
- Social & Digital Marketing
- Support the implementation of the Group's social strategy across all departments - ensuring content is creative, timely, and aligned to business priorities.
- Create and publish social-first content (posts, short-form videos, graphics, event highlights, and reactive stories) that drive engagement and reflect Ingenuity Group's tone of voice.
- Be "always on" - spotting real-time opportunities, cultural moments, and industry trends that the Group can join or lead.
- Manage and update content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram and the Website.
- Monitor and report on key metrics (engagement, followers, clicks, conversions) to track performance and growth.
- Website & Content Hub
- Upload and optimise web content, including events, case studies, testimonials, and thought leadership.
- Work with our digital partner to maintain strong SEO performance - updating meta tags, keywords and on-page optimisation.
- Support with paid and organic search campaigns (Google Ads, SEO improvements, analytics reporting).
- Contribute towards email and content campaigns that engage and retain brands and agencies.
- Events & PR Support
- Capture and amplify Group events (e.g. MAD//Meets, communities, MAD//Fest, Connect events etc) across social channels with dynamic, shareable content.
- Marketing Materials & Sales Support
- Support the wider marketing team in producing high-quality marketing collateral, including event materials, creds decks, and case studies.
- Ensure all marketing outputs are consistent, creative, and aligned with the Group brand identity.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years' experience in a marketing or social media role (agency or in-house).
- A strong understanding of LinkedIn and social-first content creation.
- Experience creating short-form video, copy, and visual content.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Excellent writing and communication skills - confident crafting engaging posts and stories.
- A proactive, curious, and organised approach - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to experiment.
