Can you convince a busy Marketing Director to go for a coffee with a world-famous marketing agency? If you have a passion for connecting people, sparking new opportunities, and driving sales, we want to hear from you.
Who is Ingenuity? We’re the biggest connector of the marketing world. We bring brands and agencies together for one outcome: growth. We work with a cross-section of the very best media, advertising, digital, social, influencer, PR, and content agencies. They provide external support for global brands and are all hungry to grow further. They partner with us to expand their networks, grow pipelines, and, in the long term, win new clients.
The Role: Acting as a high-performing sales Account Manager for our agency clients, you’ll be on the front lines of lead generation: calling, messaging, and emailing senior marketing decision-makers every day, to spark commercial conversations. Working alongside the Account Director, you’ll own the outreach strategy, driving outbound activity at scale to generate MQLs and SQLs. You’ll execute lead generation with persistence, energy, and creativity and be responsible for meeting, and exceeding, lead generation KPIs every week. Owning pipeline creation, and heading up early-stage relationship nurturing, are key facets. Strong communication and time management skills are vital, as is a passion for cold calling, cadence building, objection handling, and CRM-driven outbound strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Successfully implement the outbound lead generation strategy.
- Hit, or exceed KPIs by delivering a steady flow of MQLs and SQLs opportunities, with relevant ICP prospects.
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and reach outs daily and driving consistent meeting generation.
- Tailor messaging based on company, persona, and trigger events.
- Thrives on the challenge of opening doors and turning cold leads into warm conversations.
- Ensure your data pools and HubSpot are kept accurate and up to date.
- Use multiple channels; phone, LinkedIn, and email, to generate engagement at scale.
- Weekly outreach targets for multichannel outreach, equating to hundreds of touchpoints per week.
- Track engagement metrics and constantly optimise messaging to improve conversion rates.
About You: Our most successful Account Managers are all team players with a growth mindset, and always ready for the next challenge. They also all demonstrate these skills and behaviours:
- Communication: Clear, persuasive, and professional on calls and in writing, able to engage at senior levels.
- Persistence.
