The Role
Reporting to the Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Practice Lead, this is a critical role in the development and delivery of Microsoft Power Platform services to Ingentive customers and internal teams. The role will provide deep knowledge and experience in this technology area and complementary 3rd party products/platforms that deliver enterprise solutions. You will also use these skills and experiences to support the broader business to improve operational efficiency.
- Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing applications using the Power Platform.
- Proficient in using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Power Pages and Copilot Studio.
- Familiar with common data sources and connectors, such as SQL Server, SharePoint, Excel, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least one Microsoft Power Platform certification.
- Experienced and confident in consulting with clients to deliver solutions.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to self-manage complex workloads.
- A working knowledge of Azure DevOps to manage and prioritise requirements backlogs.
- Strong understanding of the wider Microsoft solution stack available on Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Addition Microsoft certifications for other designations, such as Security, Azure, Business Applications and Data.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience of delivering at least one Microsoft’s xIAD workshops (App, Automation, CoPilot Studio, Power Pages, Dashboard or Fabric).
Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Create conversational agents using Copilot Studio.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft and third-party services and systems.
- Follow best practices and standards for design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs.
- Document and maintain code and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements and feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest features and developments in the Power Platform and related technologies.
- Responsible for developing and communicating the Ingentive capabilities to both the internal communities.

Your performance will be measured against the achievement of targets, against the objectives and responsibilities listed above, and against the following standard criteria:
- Deliverables will be delivered on time, on budget and within the defined quality and acceptance criteria.
- Conformity to the technical processes and Ingentive quality processes, measured continuously through feedback from team members and delivery reporting.
- Record time accurately using timers or accurate manual tracking in Ingentive’s time keeping system.
