Are you a data enthusiast with a passion for transforming raw information into meaningful insights? We’re looking for a talented Fabric/Data Consultant with expertise in Azure and Power BI to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with cutting-edge technology, developing robust data architectures, and driving strategic business intelligence initiatives. If you\’re excited about helping organizations unlock the full potential of their data, we’d love to hear from you. Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, and analytics. Proven expertise in Azure Data Services, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. A data-driven mindset with a passion for leveraging insights to drive business decisions. Ability to translate complex data insights into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Kimball Methodology, KQL, T-SQL, SSMS, Git/CI-CD, Agile (Scrum/Kanban). Experience with Figma (UI/UX), ALM Toolkit, Tabular Editor, and DAX Studio. PL-300 – Power BI Data Analyst Associate Design and implement scalable Azure Data Services architectures that optimize performance and efficiency. Develop dimensional and semantic models to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Utilize Power BI to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports that bring data to life. Leverage DAX, RLS, OLS, and M Language for advanced analytics and tailored user experiences. Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric solutions, including Lakehouse and Pipelines, ensuring seamless data processing and integration. Facilitate smooth data flow between D365 (F&SCM, BC, CE) and other enterprise data sources. Implement automation frameworks to improve resolution times and overall service quality. Ensure compliance with data governance best practices, maintaining high standards for data integrity and security. Work with stakeholders to define and enforce data policies that align with business objectives. Design, validate, and implement both cloud-based and on-premise solutions that align with Microsoft best practices. Develop test environments for complex use cases and provide expert-level troubleshooting support. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the success of BI programs and improve organizational data capabilities. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative, data-driven solutions.
