The Role
The Marketing Director is accountable and responsible for driving Ingentive’s Marketing strategy and building the Ingentive brand. This will be achieved by the creation, implementation and measurement of marketing and PR activities, as well as developing relationships with partners, to achieve market acceptance and use of Ingentive in the channel. The Marketing Director will assist with administering sales practices, tools and policies used by the partners to meet and exceed sales goals. The Marketing Director will provide leadership and support to the sales organisation and is a Subject Matter Expert for Ingentive’s service offerings and will build market data on competitive offerings.
- 10+ years experience with Microsoft and other mid-market ERP’s required
- 8+ years experience partnering with sales and marketing with responsibilities to meet and exceed financial targets for assigned region or channel, contract negotiation
