The Microsoft D365 Supply Chain Consultant is part of the Consulting Team, reporting to the Head of Consulting. The role is a client facing position, delivering industry leading Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The D365 Supply Chain Consultant will have a strong Supply Chain and Dynamics background to deliver the successful implementation and maintenance of our clients' D365 solutions.
Essential Expertise:
- 5+ years of supply chain experience
- Previous experience of D365 F&SCM
- Proven consulting experience
- Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems
- A clear ability to organise your own time and resources
- Commercial awareness and total dedication to delivering maximum return on investment for our clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a team based consulting environment
- Demonstrated experience implementing the finance functionality within D365
- Experience designing and coordinating multi-site or multi-national implementations
- Microsoft D365 accreditation
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- Delighting our clients with exceptional customer service
- Ensuring quality control of all your deliverables
- Clear and concise communication with Project Managers on project progress
- Implementation planning and the delivery of value added work, to scope, deadline and budget
- Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design
- Business and systems analysis and documentation
- Application configuration and setup
- Provide system training to both internal and external clients
- Assist others in the team to grow and build their skills
- Quality Measures: Your performance will be measured against the achievement of targets, against the objectives and responsibilities listed above
