The Role

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and highly polished Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Pre‑Sales Consultant to support our growing ERP initiative. This role requires a rare blend of deep product knowledge, outstanding communication skills, and commercial acumen.

You will represent Ingentive in client‑facing engagements, delivering compelling demonstrations, gathering detailed functional requirements, supporting sales cycles, and shaping solution architecture at pre‑sales stage. This is a highly visible and critical role requiring credibility, gravitas, and strong FSCM expertise.

Essential Expertise

  • Dynamics FSCM Expertise
  • Minimum 5+ years hands‑on experience with D365 FSCM or AX across multiple end‑to‑end implementations.
  • Strong practical understanding of:

  • Inventory & Warehouse (including Advanced Warehousing)
  • Master Planning & Production (desirable)
  • Data migration (DMF/DIXF) and integrations (Logic Apps, API, Business Events)

  • Experience delivering structured demos and leading customer workshops.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear solution narratives.
  • Strong documentation and functional scoping skills.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation capability.

    Responsibilities:

    • Client Engagement & Discovery
    • Deliver structured on‑site and virtual workshops to understand business needs across supply chain, warehousing, procurement, sales, planning, and integrations.
    • Lead functional discovery sessions and capture detailed pre‑sales requirements.
    • Pre‑Sales Demonstrations & Solutioning
    • Build and tailor Dynamics 365 FSCM demo environments, including scenario design and custom walkthroughs.
    • Deliver compelling demonstrations that clearly articulate value, process alignment, and Ingentive’s delivery approach.
    • Convert requirements into solution outlines, functional scoping documents, and pre‑sales collateral.
    • Proposals, Estimation & SOW Creation
    • Produce high‑quality Statements of Work (SOWs), functional estimates, and proposal content.
    • Work closely with Sales & Delivery leadership on RFP responses and bid support.
    • Internal Collaboration & Enablement
    • Partner with Solution Architects on shaping target solution architecture.
    • Provide input into industry offerings, demo assets, and repeatable frameworks.
    • Share knowledge internally and support junior consultants in understanding FSCM capabilities.
