Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and target potential clients within the UK and international markets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine and adapt strategies.
- Proactively generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present tailored digital transformation solutions to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Gain an in-depth understanding of Ingentive's digital transformation technologies and communicate their value proposition to clients.

- Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Provide feedback and market insights to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales with a strong background in digital transformation technologies or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
