The Role
An exceptional Digital Transformation Consultant, advising and guiding our prospects and clients on the adoption of innovative Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), and Microsoft 365 Copilot. As a key player in our organisation, you will also drive transformative projects that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

- 8+ years of distinguished experience in technical or consulting roles, with deep expertise in Microsoft Business Application. Proven record of leading successful, large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Mastery of Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Copilot plus Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry skills.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging and inspiring C-level executives
- Visionary mindset with a passion for driving innovation and challenging the status quo.
- Self-driven with the ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments.
- Experience in creating compelling digital transformation roadmaps that drive business growth
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
- Prior experience in strategic roles at Microsoft or other leading tech companies
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies or digital transformation methodologies.
Responsibilities:
On a daily basis your varied role will include, but will not be limited to:
Strategic Vision and Transformation
- Craft visionary digital transformation roadmaps that align with clients\’ long-term business goals
- Conduct comprehensive digital maturity assessments, identifying pivotal areas for innovation.
- Translate complex business challenges into groundbreaking digital solutions.
- Quantify and articulate the transformative business value of proposed digital initiatives.
- Architect robust, scalable solutions leveraging the full potential of the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Pioneer the development of cutting-edge applications using Power Apps, Copilot, and Power Automate
- Design and lead inspiring digital transformation workshops that ignite client enthusiasm.
- Facilitate dynamic ideation sessions, unlocking innovative potential within client organisations.
- Deliver compelling, persuasive presentations that showcase the transformative power of digital solutions.
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
