The Role
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Data & Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in development and a passion for data. You will work closely with our clients to deliver innovative data solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role works directly in the office of the CTO, reporting to the Director of Operations providing a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior leadership and influence strategic decisions.
Essential Expertise
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and research skills.
- Strong skill in Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Proficiency in understanding operational metrics & business performance.
Desirable Expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI use in data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with internal teams and the CTO to understand their data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Developing and implementing data models, applications and AI tooling.
- Creating reports and dashboards using BI tools.
- Supporting the integration of data solutions with other Microsoft technologies.
