At Ingentive, we are a Microsoft Elite Partner recognised as one of the Great Places to Work, and proud to hold all seven Microsoft solution designations. We specialise in transforming business systems through AI-led application development and process optimisation, with a strong focus on both Power Platform and the Dynamics 365 stack for CRM and ERP. Our mission is to help organisations unlock value by combining intelligent agents, natural language interfaces, and low-code platforms to build scalable, governed solutions that solve real business challenges.

An exceptional Digital Transformation Consultant, advising and guiding prospects and clients on the adoption of Dynamics 365, Microsoft CoPilot, Power Platform and AI-driven productivity, automation, and compliance solutions. You will play a key role in shaping modern workplace, information governance, security, compliance, and intelligent automation strategies, helping organisations realise value from secure, well-governed, AI-enabled Microsoft ecosystems.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design and deliver transformation initiatives across data protection, information lifecycle management, compliance, collaboration, Copilot readiness, and intelligent process automation, while ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of intelligent automation concepts, including Power Automate for workflow orchestration and AI Builder for embedding AI capabilities into business processes within governed environments
  • Ability to translate compliance, risk, security, and automation requirements into business-focused transformation roadmaps
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite and senior risk/compliance leaders

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and Zero Trust principles
  • Background working with regulated industries (e.g. financial services, public sector, healthcare)
  • Microsoft certifications across Microsoft 365, Security, Compliance, or Power Platform
  • Prior experience in partner or strategic advisory roles
Responsibilities
  • Design Microsoft 365-led transformation roadmaps aligned to security, compliance, productivity, and AI adoption goals
  • Conduct data, security, and Copilot readiness assessments, identifying risk and optimisation opportunities
  • Define governance models that balance innovation, intelligent automation, and regulatory compliance
  • Architect secure, scalable solutions across Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform
  • Advise clients on information protection, data lifecycle management, and compliance operating models
  • Support AI and Copilot adoption by ensuring data is structured, protected, and appropriately governed
  • Advise clients on the strategic use of Power Automate to optimise and orchestrate secure, compliant business processes across Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365
  • Guide adoption of AI Builder to embed AI-driven capabilities such as document processing, prediction, and classification into low-code solutions
  • Ensure automation and AI solutions align with data governance, compliance, and risk frameworks
  • Support organisations in moving from tactical automation to scalable, enterprise-wide intelligent automation programmes
  • Lead executive-level workshops focused on modern workplace transformation, intelligent automation, and risk reduction
  • Deliver clear, compelling recommendations that resonate with IT, security, compliance, and business leaders
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships as a strategic Microsoft advisor
