Business Development Manager – Microsoft Business Applications at Ingentive. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify and target potential clients within the UK and international markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine and adapt strategies.
  • Proactively generate leads, conduct client meetings, and present tailored digital transformation solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing continuous support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of Ingentive\’\’s digital transformation technologies and communicate their value proposition to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage and prioritise a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client interactions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Provide feedback and market insights to help shape product development and marketing strategies.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, contributing to the company\’\’s overall growth objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales with a strong background in digital transformation technologies or IT solutions
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Results-oriented mindset
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
