We are looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to join the team at inGenius Productions, supporting the delivery of exceptional live events and experiences in the UK and internationally. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to on-site delivery and final reconciliation. You’ll be confident managing clients, highly organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable working in technically informed environments, collaborating closely with creative, production, and build teams. Previous experience in events or experiential production is advantageous but not essential — we are equally open to candidates from design, marketing, or agency backgrounds with strong project management fundamentals and the right mindset.
About inGenius Productions: inGenius is a design and production company specialising in high-quality, memorable events and experiences around the world. We work with a diverse client base including global brands, corporations, venues, private individuals, film and TV productions. Our work ranges from intimate, design-led experiences to complex, large-scale international projects, often involving bespoke builds and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own turn-key project delivery from brief development and design coordination through to on-site delivery and financial reconciliation.
- Lead all client communication, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring expectations are managed at every stage.
- Support revenue growth on projects by contributing to scope development, value engineering, and margin awareness.
- Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, including technical and build partners, to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery.
- Work closely with creative, production, and technical stakeholders to translate concepts into deliverable solutions.
- Plan and manage project resources effectively across multiple concurrent projects.
- Oversee on-site delivery, ensuring smooth execution and high production standards.
- Take a proactive, solution-driven approach to problem solving in fast-paced and live environments.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and reconciliations with strong commercial discipline.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in events, experiential production, or a related project-led environment (or a similar length of experience in a fast-paced project management role in other creative sectors).
- Strong commercial understanding, including experience managing budgets and supporting project profitability.
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing experience.
- Comfortable working with creative concepts, technical information, and production constraints.
- Ability to interpret, develop, and clearly communicate a project brief.
- Calm, proactive, and solution-focused approach to challenges.
- High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or CAD-based software (e.g. Vectorworks).
- Ability to interpret technical, construction, or production drawings.
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and contractors.
- Awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
- Clean UK driving licence (due to on-site project delivery requirements).
Other information:
Full time role based in South West London (SW17) with a minimum of 4 days per week in the office and/or on a client site. Some international travel may be required from time to time, depending on project needs.
Why join inGenius?
- Opportunity to work on creatively ambitious and technically interesting projects.
- Exposure to a wide variety of industries, clients, and delivery environments.
- A collaborative, supportive, and professional team culture.
- Scope to develop your skills across production, commercial, and client management.
- Salary package: £40,000–£60,000 per annum (GBP), dependent on experience.
