A successful operation with sites in the UK and Europe is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative. Reporting into the Customer Services Team Leader, you will provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and reliable first point of contact service. This role comes with a salary up to £28,000 per annum, along with a flexible benefits package which includes a pension, 25 days holiday, excellent pension, a discretionary bonus, and other attractive benefits.
As Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Processing orders, complaints, returns and credits
- Maintaining customer accounts
- Resolving product or service complaints: investigating the cause and offering the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure full resolution within agreed SLAs
- Managing incoming calls and emails
- Identifying customers' needs to ensure complete satisfaction
- Building and maintaining strong relationships through open communication
- Supporting Key Account Managers in meeting personal and team sales targets
We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with the following skills and experience:
- Proven Customer Service experience
- Fluent Dutch with excellent English. An additional European Language an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and professional telephone manner, both inbound and outbound
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to adapt to different characters and personalities
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
