Ingenio is proud to be partnering with a $200m ARR, Series D global leader within the Identity & Fraud space, helping some of the world’s largest organisations build trust, reduce risk, and scale securely in the digital economy. We are searching for an exceptional VP of Sales, EMEA to lead go-to-market strategy, execution, and revenue performance across the region. Reporting directly to the US-based CRO, this is a highly visible leadership role with full ownership of EMEA growth, team performance, and commercial strategy.
This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who knows how to build momentum, inspire high-performing enterprise teams, and create predictable, scalable revenue growth within a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will lead and scale the EMEA sales organisation, driving both new business and expansion revenue across enterprise accounts. You will own pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, territory planning, and operational discipline, while partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure strong regional alignment and execution.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing sales strategy, mentoring and growing leadership talent, driving MEDDIC and enterprise sales best practices, and personally engaging in strategic customer relationships and complex commercial negotiations across the region.
To be considered, you will bring:
- 10+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams
- Mandatory experience selling Identity & Fraud solutions into enterprise organisations
- A proven track record exceeding multi-million-dollar EMEA bookings targets
- Experience scaling teams within high-growth SaaS businesses ($50m–$300m ARR environments preferred)
- Deep expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Strong forecasting, operational, and cross-functional leadership capability
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or advanced degree advantageous.
