Ingenio is supporting a leading global digital engineering consultancy in the search for a Technical Director to lead enterprise-scale transformation programmes across cloud, AI-enabled software delivery, and modern engineering. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can confidently operate in boardrooms and engineering teams alike.

You’ll be:

  • Advising CIOs, CTOs, and senior enterprise stakeholders
  • Leading technical strategy across multiple large-scale accounts
  • Driving delivery excellence across distributed engineering teams
  • Supporting presales, discovery, and solution design
  • Mentoring Technical Leads and shaping engineering capability
  • Helping organisations modernise through AI-native delivery practices

  • 15+ years of technical leadership experience within consulting, SaaS, or large-scale digital transformation environments
  • Deep expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices
  • Proven track record leading complex, high-impact technical programmes
  • Strong experience across presales, discovery workshops, and solution design
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior non-technical stakeholders
  • A consultative mindset with strong commercial awareness
