Ingenio is working with a fast-growing technology business sitting in the middle of AI, Customer Experience, and Cloud transformation. This is where enterprise organisations are actively spending, changing, and rebuilding how they operate. And they’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who is comfortable doing things the hard way - building relationships, creating pipeline, and winning new enterprise customers from scratch. This is not an inherited territory role. This is a “go and create your own market” role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Generating net-new enterprise opportunities through structured outbound activity.
  • Building relationships across large, complex organisations.
  • Selling CCaaS, CX, AI, Cloud, and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Managing full-cycle enterprise sales from first contact through to close.
  • Engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying groups.
  • Working with partners and internal teams to shape deals.

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong new business hunter with enterprise sales experience.
  • 2–3+ years selling CCaaS or CX solutions.
  • End-to-end sales cycle ownership.
  • Track record of delivering against £750k+ GP targets.
  • Experience working with large enterprise organisations.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.

Why this role?

This is a business investing properly in AI, CX, and Cloud growth, supported by strong vendor partnerships and an environment built to help enterprise sellers succeed. You’ll have the tools, the backing, and the market demand. What you won’t have is a ready-made pipeline. You build that. If you’re already comfortable, this may not be the right fit. If you want a role where your output directly defines your earnings and career trajectory - apply now or speak to Marie confidentially.
