Our client is a fast-growing information management and automation software company with expanding operations across the UK, Ireland, and North America. As part of their international growth, they’re strengthening their marketing capability to deepen engagement and accelerate commercial success in the North American market. They’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded marketer to own and deliver multi-channel campaigns across North America — driving awareness, engagement, and demand for their software solutions.
You’ll plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact, while adapting messaging and content for regional audiences.
What You’ll Do:- Deliver and optimise integrated, multi-channel campaigns targeting North American audiences.
- Own campaign execution end-to-end — from planning and segmentation to reporting and optimisation.
- Manage regional events and webinars, including logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
- Collaborate with digital, demand generation, and events teams to deliver consistent, high-impact activity.
- Localise global content to ensure brand alignment and regional relevance.
- Track and analyse campaign performance using HubSpot and CRM data, identifying insights to improve ROI.
- Partner closely with Sales to ensure marketing efforts drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- 3–5 years’ B2B marketing experience (ideally in software or SaaS).
- Proven campaign management and execution track record.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar platforms (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
- Experience managing events and webinars.
- Familiarity with North American markets and audience nuances.
- Experience localising content or messaging for regional audiences.
- Hybrid role - London (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
