🧩 What you’ll do:
- Manage provisioning of fibre/ethernet services
- Order and chase delivery from carriers (BT, Vodafone, Colt, etc.)
- Coordinate internal engineers for builds, configs & handovers
- Own number porting
- Handle first-line escalations
- Keep customers informed and billing triggered

- 2+ years in provisioning/admin
- Experience ordering data circuits with UK carriers
- Solid number porting knowledge
- Strong Excel skills
- Confident phone manner
