About the Role

In this role, you’ll oversee high-value and complex projects from the initial sales process through to service transition. You will be responsible for delivering telephony, UCaaS, CCaaS, networking projects to medium and large enterprise businesses across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
• Collaborating with pre-sales and sales teams to support bids and project planning.
• Ensuring smooth service transition with operational acceptance testing and system monitoring.
• Following best-practice project management methodologies, such as Prince2, Agile, and APMP.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developing expertise in cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Handling project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and change control processes.
