The Role: What You'll Be Doing
This role is all about end-to-end delivery. You’ll own multiple technology projects—cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, cyber security rollouts, CX platforms, unified comms—you name it. You’ll be responsible for:
- Running medium-to-large scale projects with full accountability for scope, timelines, and financials
- Managing customer relationships and keeping satisfaction levels high
- Supporting the sales team with bids, proposals and new opportunities
- Handling change control, risk, and service transitions into live environments
- Applying solid project management principles (Prince2, Agile, APM—you know the drill)
- Keeping everything on track, on budget, and aligned with contract deliverables
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering tech-led projects in fast-paced environments
- Strong commercial awareness—you're confident managing project P&Ls and understanding client contracts
- Hands-on experience with change control processes and stakeholder management
- Experience leading multiple technology projects—cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, cyber security rollouts, CX platforms, unified comms
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset
- Ideally some exposure to CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Someone organised, motivated, and laser-focused on delivering quality outcomes
